At least I can now "care" for my aging husband who retired early due to sickness, and my adolescent son whose disability kept me out of the workforce. Roll on old age and real poverty! Even though I am only 50 and skilled in a number of areas, I find it to be completely impossible to get work. Australia's boom times do not, and are not ever going to, include me. Sandra.
